Family Coaching
Parenting can be challenging, especially when you’re trying to balance the needs of your family with the everyday pressures of life. As a parent myself, I understand the difficulties, stress, and uncertainty that can come with raising children—especially when you’re navigating co-parenting, neurodivergent needs, medically complex situations, or simply trying to keep everything together.
My goal is to create a judgment-free, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity instead of overwhelm.
When you begin working with me through My Family Connection, we start with a comprehensive intake session. This allows me to understand your family dynamics, current challenges, goals, and what feels most urgent for you right now. This initial session is where we begin to map out direction and identify the support your family truly needs.
From there, families typically move into one of my structured coaching pathways depending on their situation. These include a 6-week coaching program for co-parenting support or a 6-week family support program for parenting, neurodivergent, and medically complex family needs. These programs are designed to create consistency, accountability, and real-life implementation—not just conversation.
For families who need ongoing or flexible support beyond the structured programs, I also offer continued coaching at an hourly rate. This allows us to adjust support based on your family’s evolving needs over time.
Each week within the coaching process, you’ll receive practical take-home tools, reflection exercises, and strategies designed to reinforce what we work on together. Depending on your goals, we may also use real-life scenario practice and guided role-play so you feel more confident applying new approaches in everyday situations.
Change takes time. It takes consistency, patience, and support. Many families begin noticing shifts within the first several weeks, but lasting change comes from continued practice and commitment to the process. You don’t have to do that alone.
Together, we focus on what is already working in your family and build from there. The goal is not perfection—it’s progress, stability, and stronger connection within your home and across co-parenting or caregiving relationships.
Whether you are starting with an intake session, entering a structured 6-week program, or continuing with ongoing coaching, my role is to walk alongside you as you build a more supported, grounded, and functional family system.
Let’s work through it together and help your family move toward more clarity, confidence, and connection.
