How does the Photo Album Work?

• Staff members (or My Family Connection photographers) take pictures of residents during normal activities and the photos are transferred to My Family Connection via a simple ‘ftp’ transfer over the internet.
• Family members are directed to your website – “Photo Album” button where they will log into the secure system with a user and password. From there they will be able to see your facility and their loved one … available 24x7.

Secure Email

With unparalleled popularity, it’s often preferable for family members to communicate with your residents via email. My Family Connection provides a secure email utility that makes it easier for family members, and your staff to create a note a little more frequently, and cost effectively for what would otherwise be an empty ‘mail call’.

How Does Secure Email Work?

Family members will log in to your website with a user and password to gain access to the email system. This also facilitates more frequent visits to your website for access to news and official facility information.

Family members simply type their message and click on Send EMAIL. The incoming mail is staged in a dedicated My Family Connection INBOX at your facility for convenient printing of all the messages at one time.
